Tammy Clark, age 53, from Lengby and formerly from Fosston, MN passed away on Thursday, August 2nd due to injuries sustained in a automobile accident near Lengby. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 8th at 11:00 AM at Kingo Lutheran Church in Fosston with Pastor John Swanson of Faith Hill Assembly of God Church, Bagley, MN officiating. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 7th from 5:00 to 7:00 PM with a prayer service at 7:00 PM at Carlin-Hoialmen Funeral Home in Fosston, and also for one hour before the funeral at the church on Wednesday. Interment will be at Hope Lutheran Cemetery, Fosston, and the Carlin-Hoialmen Funeral Home of Fosston is in charge of the arrangements. Messages of condolence may be sent at www.carlinhoialmen.com.Tamara "Tammy" Laurie Olson Was born in Fosston, Minnesota to Eleanore and Ward "Bud" Olson on the twenty-fifth of January in 1959. Second to the youngest, Tammy had three siblings; Neal "Buff", Julie, and Todd. Tammy attended elementary and high school in Fosston; furthering her education, she attended Thief River Falls Community College where she studied nursing. After graduation she started on a career as a registered nurse and acquired several jobs at different hospitals, including St. Luke's in Fargo, ND. She finally settled in a job at the Fosston Hospital. Tammy met Rickie Lee Clark and they were joined in matrimony on the third of December, 1983. Tammy became an instant mother to Rick's sons, Rick Lee Clark Jr., Jason Robert Clark, and Jedidiah Angus Clark. Two years later Tammy conceived her first daughter, Laurie Clara Clark, a few years later her first son, Aaron Cody Clark. Once Laurie was born and Aaron was on his way, Tammy quit her job to become a full-time dedicated stay at home mom. At the age of 46 she became a grandmother when Aaron had his daughter Kylie Hazel Clark. Tammy loved to converse with family, friends and relatives alike, often having lengthy conversations. She loved to laugh and enjoyed company. She also had interest in fashion and it's trends. On Thursday, August 2, 2012 Tammy passed away from injuries sustained in an automobile accident near Lengby, Minnesota at the age of 53 years.Tammy is survived by her husband, Rick of Lengby; her children, Rick, Jason, Jed, Laurie, and Aaron; grandchildren, Wyatt, Whitney, Kylie and Angus; sister, Julie (Dean) Fermenick; brothers, Neal "Buff" Olson and Todd Olson; and several other relatives.She was preceded in death by her parents; and infant brother, Scott.
