Richard "Dick" Croaker, age 76, of McIntosh, MN, passed away on Monday (November 19th) at Altru Hospital in Grand Forks, ND. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday (November 24th) at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Fosston with Father Dave Super presiding. Interment will be in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Hansville of rural Fosston. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the service on Saturday at the church. Dick completed 10 years of schooling, leaving to help with the family business.Dick was united in marriage to Karen Peterka on August 2, 1955 in Grafton, North Dakota. They lived in Grafton and Fargo for many years before moving to McIntosh, Minnesota. Dick was in automotive sales for many years and most recently ran the V.F.W. Club in McIntosh.Dick's favorites included stock car racing, an undescribable love for horses, reading, playing pool and calling "Bingo" at the Club.Dick passed away on Monday, November 19, 2012 at Altru Hospital in Grand Forks at the age of 76 years, three months and 19 days.Survivors include three sons, Craig (Jane) Croaker of East Grand Forks, MN, Mitch (Kaci) Croaker of Kindred, ND, and Tyler Croaker of Denver, CO; four daughters, Kerri (Jim) McDonald of McIntosh, Lana Bauer of McIntosh, Stacy (Arnie) Lauinger of Fargo, ND, and Nicole Nelson of Plymouth, MN; 15 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; four brothers, Lee of Minneapolis, Larry (Diane) of Montana, Wayne of Fargo, and Brian of Fargo; one sister, Dolores Burianek of Fargo; his friend Diane; many other relatives; and his dog, Jack.He was preceded in death by his wife, Karen; his parents; brother, Ron; brother-in-law, Ambrose Burianek; and sister-in-law, June Croaker.Honorary Pallbearers: grandsons, Jardie Lauinger, Sutton Lauinger, Logan Bauer, Mayson Croaker, Lukas Croaker, Jack Croaker, Eli Croaker, Lane Nelson, Cole Nelson, and Dalton Croaker.Active Pallbearers: Todd Tranby, Todd Goodwin, J.R.
