Michael Senum, age 55, of Fosston, MN passed away unexpectedly on Monday, February 9th at his home in Fosston. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday (February 13th) at Kingo Lutheran Church in Fosston with the Rev. John Dalen officiating. A memorial visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m. prayer service on Thursday (February 12th) at the Carlin-Hoialmen Funeral Home in Fosston. Friends may also call for one hour prior to the service on Friday at the church. He attended Fosston High School and lived the majority of his life in Fosston.He was married (and divorced) to Sandra Shaw and they were blessed with a daughter Jennifer Ann. Mike then married (and divorced) Laura Dahl Tangen and they were blessed with a daughter Rebeka Ann.Mike was a lifelong member of Kingo Lutheran Church. He enjoyed participating with his friends in many competitive activities including pool, darts, video games and his favorite -- horseshoes. He will be remembered for his unwavering loyalty to his family and friends and his unending compassion for those less fortunate. Mike's life was one with many medical challenges and he faced them with dignity and strength. He was an inspiration to us all.On Monday, February 9, 2009, Michael Marlow Senum passed away unexpectedly at his home in Fosston, Minnesota at the age of 55 years. He is survived by his two loving daughters, Jennifer Ann Villarreal and her husband Lupe of Harlingen, Texas and Rebeka Ann Senum of Crookston, Minnesota; two brothers, William and his wife Cheryl of Apple Valley, Minnesota and Richard of Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota; one sister, Bette Brtek and her husband Richard of Blaine, Minnesota; one special aunt, Bette Jean Gourley of Cahokia, Illinois; two granddaughters, Nicole Taylor and Madison Lauren Villarreal; six nieces and nephews, Stephanie, Brian, Janelle, Ashley, Rikka and Jarod; and many many close friends.He was preceded in death by his dear parents, his grandparents and one uncle.
