Martha Schulz

Martha Schulz, age 76, of Clearbrook, MN, passed away on Wednesday, November 16th, at Essentia Health First Care Living Center in Fosston, MN. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 22nd at 2:00 PM at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Bagley, MN with Pastor Jim Meyer offiating. On Monday, November 21st there will be a prayer service at 3:00 PM followed by visitation until 6:00 PM held at the Carlin-Hoialmen Funeral Home in Fosston, and there will also be reviewal for one hour before the funeral at the church on Tuesday afternoon. Interment will be at Cross Lake Cemetery, rural Fosston. Arrangements are with the Carlin-Hoialmen Funeral Home of Fosston. Messages of condolence may be sent to carlinhoialmen.com. Martha Sena Heide was born on November 12, 1940 to parents Albert and Mathilda (Johnson) Heide in rural Fosston, MN. She graduated from Fosston High School in 1958. Martha was united in marriage to Everett Schulz on April 18, 1959 in Moorhead, MN where they live until 1963. They moved to the Twin Cities area and lived there until 1978. Then moved to Clearbrook, MN where they farmed and were in the trucking business. Martha also worked at Greensview Nusing Home in Bagley, MN and at the Shooting Star Casino in Mahnomen, MN. Martha enjoyed dancing, and she loved reading books, gardening, traveling, and baking. On Wednesday, November 16, 2016 Martha passed away at Essentia Health First Care Living center in Fosston at the age of 76 years. She is survived by her husband Everett of Clearbrook; four sons, Dean Schulz of Fosston and his fianc Polly Eck, Dale (Iva) Schulz of Gwinner, ND, Gary Schulz of Fosston and Royce Schulz of Fosston and his fianc Stacy Aaron; four grandchildren, Heide, Holly, Ellie Mae and Riley; two brothers, Marvel (Deloris) Heide and Albert (Carol) Heide of Fosston; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents. Blessed be her memory
