Karyl Paeth

Karyl Paeth, age 81, of Fosston, MN, passed away on Friday, April 12th, at Cornerstone Living Extended Care in Fosston. Graveside services are pending with the Carlin Funeral Home of Fosston.Karyl Anne Paeth was born (along with her twin sister, Karyn) on September 30, 1937 in Aberdeen, South Dakota to parents Milton Eugene Paeth, Sr. and Edith Ethel (Beaman) Paeth. She attended school in Webster, South Dakota and the moved with her family at the age of 15 to Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Karyl moved to Yankton, South Dakota where she worked various jobs for several years. She lived for a short time in Brownsville, Minnesota and Bemidji, Minnesota before settling in Fosston. Karyl has lived in Fosston for over 35 years.Karyl's faith was important. She lived her faith by being a servant to other residents at Midway Care Center. She liked to walk, read, and listen to country music. Karyl is survived by four siblings, twin sister, Karyn MacDowell of Kansas City, MO, Patricia Spiker of Radcliff, MO, Milton "Gene" Paeth, Jr. of Radcliff, MO, and Debbie Paeth of Sioux Falls, SD. Other relatives also survive.She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Lois; and brother, David.
