Jeremy Baumann, age 25, from Fosston, MN passed away on Wednesday, December 7th at Riverview Hospital in Crookston. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 15th at 1:00 PM at Bethel Assembly Church in Fosston with Pastor Verlyn Strenge and Pastor John Marx officiating. A prayer service will be held on Thursday at 11:00 AM at the church, with visitation to follow until the time of the funeral at 1:00 PM. All services are at the church on Thursday. Interment will be at the Bagley City Cemetery in Bagley, MN, and the Carlin-Hoialmen Funeral Home of Fosston is in charge of the arrangements. Messages of condolence may sent at carlinhoialmen.com.Jeremy Tim Baumann was born on June 10, 1986 in Thief River Falls, Minnesota to parents Kevin Baumann and Valerie (Haugen) Bower. At the age of 13 he gave his heart to the Lord at Bethel Assembly Church. Attending youth group and church was an important part of his life.He attended school in Fosston and Bagley and graduated from Crookston High School in 2005. He was previously married to Jessica Propst, during that marriage he was blessed with a beautiful daughter, Isabella Sophia Baumann. In May of 2011, Jeremy began his battle with Fibrolamellar Variant Hepatocellular Carcinoma, a rare type of Liver Cancer. Despite the diagnosis, Jeremy still looked forward to a bright future which included a marriage to Seneca (Bonzelet) Baumann. Jeremy worked several jobs in his life which started at a young age with a paper route. Up until his diagnosis he had been employed with Specialty Products as a shift lead. Jeremy's main focus in life was his family, mainly his daughter. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending quality time with his friends. Making people smile or laugh was an important part of his personality. Jeremy passed away on Wednesday, December 7, 2011 at Riverview Hospital in Crookston, Minnesota at the age of 25 years, 5 months and 27 days with the love of his family surrounding him. Jeremy is survived by his loving wife Seneca Baumann, of Fosston, MN, beloved daughter Isabella, of Fosston, MN, mother Valerie (Denny) Bower, of Fosston, MN, father Kevin (Karen) Baumann of Bagley, MN, sister Sheena (Fredrick) Halliwell, of Fosston, MN, sister Kayla Baumann, of Grand Forks, ND, brother Santos Bower, of Crookston, MN and sister Lori Bower, of Fosston, MN, mother and father-in-law Peter and Patricia Bonzelet of Foley, MN; also survived by several step-siblings and in-laws. Grandparents Leif and DeVona Haugen of Bagley, MN, grandmother Myrtle Baumann, of Bagley, MN, great grandmother Diley Bergeson, of Bagley, MN. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends; including special friend Jennifer Brill-Korinta of Fosston, MN.He is preceded in death by his great grandfather Lester Bergeson, grandfather Floyd Baumann, uncle Steve (Buck) Haugen and cousin Shawn Haugen.
