Greg Sande

Greg Sande, age 67, of Erskine, MN, passed away on Sunday, March 26^th, at his home. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 22nd, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Ness Café in Erskine. Greg was born on October 18, 1955 to Milton and Bonita Sande. He attended school in Erskine where he honed his drawing skills, became a prolific doodler, sketching many comic books, often featuring his high school teachers. It was at this time that Greg started his LP collection which is now the envy of many a vinyl collector. Greg was a voracious reader from an early age and had a genuine curiosity about people and the world in general.

Greg spent the majority of his adult life in the Wahpeton, ND area working at a factory. He was hard working, dependable and honest. Greg was very pleased with the birth of his two sons later in life and they were a source of great joy and pride.

Although he experienced many serious health challenges in the past few years, Greg maintained his quirky sense of humor and his positive outlook on life. He was happy to have returned to the Erskine area and was looking forward to spending time with old friends and family.

Greg is survived by children Benjamin Sande and Brady Sande of Wahpeton, ND, their mother Dawn Wells, of Wahpeton, ND; sisters Lori (Al) Soukup of Stillwater, MN, Betsy Sande of St Cloud, MN, Kari (Guy) Oseth of Buffalo, MN; Uncle Nels (Ellen) Lindseth of Thief River Falls, MN, Aunt Enid Sande of Thief River Falls, MN Aunt Sue Sande of Minneapolis, MN; nieces and nephews Maggie (Wes) Adair of Robbinsdale, MN, Sam (Mackenzie) Soukup of Bloomington, MN, Jorgan Oseth of Los Angeles, CA, Jensen Oseth of St Paul, MN and Liam Oseth of Buffalo, MN; and many loving cousins and friends.

Greg was preceded in death by parents Milton and Bonita (Carlson) Sande.
