Francis Walls

Francis Walls, 65, of rural McIntosh, MN, passed away on Wednesday (November 22nd) at her home. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday (December 2nd) at the Embassy Community Center in Fosston with the Rev. Bob Kelly officiating. The Carlin-Hoialmen Funeral Home of Fosston assisted the family with arrangements. She was a happy, caring child and as an adult and she showed these same qualities to all she knew. She married the love of her life Raymond Leon Walls on July 9th 1960 and is survived by him. Francis is also survived by her six children; James (Wanda) Walls of Mahnoman, MN, Debra (Steve) Rouch of Reno, NV, Steven Walls of Sparks, NV, Raymond (Dianne) Walls of Carson City, NV, Linda (Blaine) Manse of NV,  and Dawn (Raymond) Vasend of Brooks, MN., she has 13 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, a sister Claudine (Hank) Walton of Clearbrook, MN and many nieces and nephews.She resided in Carson City NV. prior to moving to Mc Intosh MN. in 1995 to be closer to her aging other and beloved sister. She was proceeded in death by her parents, Claud and Mamie Smith, sister Mildred, brother Dan and niece Viola.All who knew her loved her sense of humor, kindness and open ear. Her door, her heart  and her arms were always open to all who wanted or needed her with no conditions. We all will miss her but knows she is in a far better place.Frances Louise (Smith) Walls joined our  Heavenly Father, Wednesday, Nov. 22 2006.
