Doris Heinle

Doris Heinle, age 88, of Fosston, MN, passed away on Thursday, October 22nd, at Essentia Health Living Center in Fosston. Memorial services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 29th, at the Carlin-Hoialmen Funeral Home in Fosston with the Rev. John Ragan officiating. Interment will be in Oakdale Cemetery, Crookston, MN, at a later date. Family will greet friends for one hour prior to the service on Thursday in the funeral home. She grew up and graduated from high school in Grand Forks. She lived in Crookston and worked at a potato processing plant until her retirement. She then moved to Fosston to live near her son, Carl. Doris entered the Essentia Health Living Center in February of 2013. While there she enjoyed watching TV and doing crossword puzzles. Doris passed away on Thursday, October 22, 2015 at Essentia Health Living Center at the age of 88 years.Survivors include her daughter, Dorothy (David) Breitling of Fort Worth, TX; two sons, Carl Benson of Fosston, and Donald Benson; two sisters, Mary Lou Hines of Smyrna, GA, and Roberta Benson of Minneapolis, MN.She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Joyce Higgins and Elaine Amble; and brother, John Hanson.
