He attended Erskine High School and graduated in 1979. He went to work for Rollandson Body Shop right after graduating. He opened his own business, Dan's auto body, in 1985. He operated his business up until the time of his passing. Danny married his high school sweetheart, Denise Walker, on November 21, 1981. There was no snow on the ground that year, either. Together they had three children; Dustin, born November 21, 1983; Heidi, born November 9, 1986, and Brittany, born November 13, 1990.Danny loved NASCAR racing and everything to do with the outdoors, especially fishing and hunting. Those great hunting trips were made even more special when shared with his son, Dustin. Spending time at the campground was also a huge part of his life with many great memories created on the lake, the golf course and of course his amazing grilling skills we all enjoyed a bit too much! Anyone who spent time at Vagabond Village - knew Danny Ness. He also enjoyed his family vacations to Mexico. His energetic manner and humorous spirit were highly contagious! He was always the life of the party at family gatherings - he just simply loved to make people laugh. The years of creative family banter, inside jokes, and ridiculous humor was simply a part of being related to Danny. There was always a light-hearted, playful tone with Danny, always bringing life to the party! Danny was also a daredevil at heart. As so many of us recollect a variety of close-calls, adventures and unbelievable outcomes that this crazy man endured. From barefoot waterskiing, to surviving a traumatic deer hunting accident, numerous racing wrecks, and too many we can't even list! He truly lived everyday in the fast lane- as if it were his last! Danny's proudest accomplishment and what he'll always want to be known for was a dedicated father and husband.  He gave his everything to them and lived with his whole heart for them. He was simply devoted to his beautiful family. There was nothing he wouldn't do for those he loved - he always made you feel so important and loved. As vibrant as that man was, he also had such a compassionate and tender side, to which we will cherish forever. He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Denise; his three children, Dustin, Heidi (special friend Adam), and Brittany (special friend Jake); his mother Aimee (Mahlen) Ness.
