Ava Rhianne Webb, five day old daughter of James and Dayna Webb of Fosston, MN, passed away on Wednesday (May 13th) at the University of Minnesota Medical Center Fairview in Minneapolis. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday (May 16th) at Kingo Lutheran Church in Fosston with the Rev. John Dalen officiating. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery, Mahnomen, MN. Friends may greet the family for one hour prior to the service on Saturday at the church. She passed away peacefully on May 13, 2009. Ava Rhianne is the daughter of James and Dayna Webb of Fosston, Minnesota. She was baptized on Sunday, May 10, 2009. During her five short days here on earth she touched many lives and was loved deeply. Her life was a brief gift to us that will be cherished forever. Ava is survived by her parents, and one sister, Olivia who is three years old. Her paternal grandparents are Jon and Judy Webb of Gardiner, Maine; and maternal grandparents are Daniel and Gail Straub of Lengby and the late Duane Holland of Thief River Falls. Paternal Great Grandparents are Donald G. and Jean Webb of Gardiner, Maine. Ava's Aunts and Uncles include: Jeremy and Lisa Kalloch of Whitefield, Maine, Carolann Webb and fiancé, Roger Mackbach of Pittston, Maine, Kim Eldridge of Manchester, New Hampshire, Tim Webb of Worchester, Massachusetts, Kelsi Holland of Columbus, Ohio, Chad Straub and Candice Brown of McIntosh, Minnesota, Jeremy and Kari Straub of Esko, Minnesota. Ava was preceded in death by her grandfather, Duane Holland, great-grandparents, Marvin and Violet Svedahl of Fosston and great-grandparents Evelyn Bowie Webb, Doris and Earl Mager and great-uncle Richard Mager. Ava gave a lifetime of love in her short time here. She was lovingly referred to as "Sweetpea" by Grandma Gail and enjoyed her time spent being cuddled and kissed by her Grandpa Danny and the many special family members who were by her bedside in the NICU. A very special great aunt and Godmother Val gave so lovingly and cared for all who waited for her arrival and spent time with her after her birth. Cousin Gwen traveled from Seattle to support Ava's family before her birth. Her Auntie Kelsi traveled from Ohio to spend time with her and look after big sister, Olivia. And, her aunt and uncle Chad and Candice helped in so many ways.
