Arthur Miller, Jr., age 66, of Fosston, MN, passed away on Monday (December 8th) at the Pioneer Memorial Care Center in Erskine, MN. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday (January 16th) at Hope Lutheran Church in Fosston with the Rev. Paul Magelssen officiating. Interment will be in Kingo Lutheran Cemetery, Fosston, at a later date. Family will greet friends for one hour prior to the service on Friday at the church. Military Honors will be conducted by the Spring Lake VFW Post #2759 and the National Guard Honors Team. He was baptized and confirmed at Hope Lutheran Church in Fosston. He grew up in Fosston and graduated from Fosston High School in 1968.He entered the United States Navy in June of 1968 and was stationed on the U.S.S. Henry B. Wilson off the coast of Vietnam as a boiler man. After serving four years, he received his honorable discharge and returned home to Fosston. Upon returning home, he worked at the Land O' Lakes milk plant in Fosston as a boiler man. He then moved to St. Paul, Minnesota and continued his work as a boiler man at the Bethesda Hospital for 37 years.He married Lisa Nelson on July 21, 1990 at Kingo Lutheran Church in Fosston. Arthur enjoyed hunting, fishing, gun collecting and was an avid classic car lover.Arthur Miller, Jr. passed away on Monday, December 8, 2014 at Pioneer Memorial Care Center in Erskine at the age of 66 years.He is survived by his wife, Lisa of Fosston; sons, Arthur III of St. Paul and Dustin of Fosston; grandchildren, Samantha and Arthur IV; his twin brother, Edward (Linda) Miller of Las Vegas, NV; sisters, Marian Jenkins of Fosston, Gloria (James) Bjornerud of Appleton, WI, Jodell (Tom) Nelson of Fosston, and Jacelyn (Mark) Randall of Fosston; "three quarter" brother, Mike Jenkins and special friend, Laura of Carson City, NV; mother-in-law, Linda Lee Johnson of St. Paul; step-son, Mark (Katie) McGee of Coon Rapids, MN; Nieces, nephews, many cousins; and special parrot, Connie. He was preceded in death by his grandparents; his parents; step-daughter, Stacy; uncles, aunts, and brothers-in-law, Robert Ihrke and Ellwood Jenkins.
